1. Program Description
By opting into the Health Guardian Imaging mobile alert program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, health tips, and platform updates) at the cell phone number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. Health Guardian Imaging reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Health Guardian Imaging does not charge for receiving text messages, but your carrier may.
4. Supported Carriers
The service is available on all major carriers including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from Health Guardian Imaging, reply STOP to any mobile message we send. You will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you.

7. Privacy Policy
